Hi there, I’m Kristen.
From a young age, I have been obsessed with finding creative ways to tell stories. I hit the jackpot when I scored myself an internship at Prime News and fell in love with the world of news media.
Although I wasn’t too keen on chasing negative news, I knew that capturing people’s attention with really exciting, intriguing stories was something I wanted to do.
One degree, twelve internships, countless clients and 10 years later, I’ve been lucky enough to work on some of Canberra’s (and Australia’s) highest profile campaigns including tackling violence against women, Harmony Day and promoting the skills of Defence personnel to help them transition into civilian life. I’ve launched activations that have raised awareness of gun violence and drugs in the community. I’ve helped businesses launch and grow, and even been brought on to advise CEOs, Ministers and politicians, including working with the Prime Minister’s Office, to build and manage their reputation and profile.
Last year I was excited to launch my own freelancing business Zotts & Co to bring my passion and expertise to more people and to work on projects that benefit from a strategic and story-telling approach. If you have a project you think I might be able to assist with, please don’t be shy and reach out - I would love to hear more.
